Book Used

In the course we use the book Database System Concepts (fifth edition) by Avi Silberschatz, Henry F. Korth, and S.Sudarshan. McGraw-Hill ISBN 007124476X or ISBN 0-07-295886-3. The book is available from the Centerboghandel.

There seems to be different ISBN numbers for thebook used. Make sure it is the fifth edition of the book you get. In addition, there seems to be multiple covers just ask in the Centerboghandel I have checked it is the correct fifth edition they have.

The book has a home page at www.db-book.com. Here you can find errata and various other stuff. One this home page there are additional slides and other relevant information available for download.
