The Seminars
The database course is given in two versions. A dat4 that is followed by the students on the dat4/sse3/de2/mi2/inf4 semesters and a sw4version that is followed by the students on the sw4 semester. There are in total 20 seminars in the course.
- The dat4 version of the course consists of the first 15 seminars.
- The sw4 version of the course are the last 15 seminars.

Group Rooms
During exercise hours we will visit the following group rooms:
- Dat4/SSE2/DE2: 1.1.32, 1.1.34, 1.1.36, 1.1.38, 1.1.46, 1.1.57, and 1.1.59
- Inf4: 3.1.48
- SW4: 2.1.01, 2.1.03, 2.1.05, 2.1.10, and 2.1.46

The Exam
Preliminary information on the exam is available via the following link Exam Information. Note that it is preliminary and changes will happen before the 2009 exam. You will be clearly notified when the exam information for 2009 is available.
Additional Information
On this site you can find various additional information about database using the Links to Additional Database Information. Here the are links to good free books on database, other database courses, and special topics such as spatial databases. You can also use the search facilities in the top right corner, e.g., try to search "concurrency".
